EVENT DESCRIPTION
Youth Dynamics Program (YDP) aims to support and empower young women & men change-makers to design their innovative & impact future with ERP & CRM Solutions.
YDP focused on presenting trainings, case studies & drawing solutions from a positive perspectives on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The initiative seeks to emphasize the need for youth to remain in Lebanon and invest in our local development.
With YDP you will be able to develop your skills to help in finding your career path, and better understand your strengths, weaknesses, available opportunities, and possible strategies interventions.
EVENT CONTENT
YDP will consist of 6 phases as follows:
- Phase 1:
Launching the application (December 2020)
- Phase 2:
Reviewing submitted applications and contacting accepted participants (end of December 2020)
- Phase 3:
Attending tainings, workshops and hands-on activities on weekly basis covering Microsoft Dynamics 365 online courses with our certified trainers (Jan – April 2021)
- Phase 4:
Attending the internship period with us to be prepared to get involved in the market and start finding their career path immediately after finishing their stage period. (May – Aug 2021)
- Phase 5:
Pitching (August/September 2020)
- Phase 6:
YDP Closing event and select 5 YDP winners (October 2020)
